Our Capabilities

Comprehensive pipe fabrication and welding services

Process Piping

Complex process piping systems for industrial applications. From design through to installation and commissioning.

Certified Welding

TIG, MIG, and stick welding by qualified welders. All procedures certified to AS3992 and ASME IX standards.

Testing & QA

Comprehensive NDT testing, pressure testing, and quality documentation for complete traceability.

Pipe Types & Applications

Materials, sizes, and industries we work with

Our pipe fabrication covers slurry lines, process piping, hydraulic systems, instrumentation tubing, and pressure vessel connections — from small-bore instrument lines to large-diameter process headers. We work in carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, duplex), chrome-moly alloys, and aluminium, picking the grade and wall thickness to match your service conditions.

Process & Slurry Lines

Heavy-wall pipe spools for mining slurry, process water, tailings, and industrial fluid transfer. Fabricated in carbon steel and abrasion-resistant alloys, with butt-weld fittings, flanged connections, and custom transitions. Typical sizes from 50NB to 600NB.

Stainless Steel & Food-Grade

Sanitary and hygienic pipe systems for food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications. Fabricated in 304 and 316 stainless with orbital TIG welding, pickling and passivation, and full weld mapping for traceability.

High-Pressure & Chrome-Moly

Pressure-rated pipe spools for steam, hydrocarbon, and high-temperature service. Fabricated to AS3992 and ASME IX requirements in P1, P11, and P22 chrome-moly steels with preheat, PWHT, and full NDT as required by the service.

Hydraulics & Instrumentation

Small-bore hydraulic and instrumentation tubing in stainless steel, copper-nickel, and carbon steel. Precision orbital welding and swaged/brazed connections for instrument air, hydraulic systems, and analytical sampling lines.

How a Pipe Fabrication Job Works

From enquiry to handover

1

Enquiry & Design Review

You send us isometrics, P&IDs, sketches, or site measurements. We review and come back with a quote, timeline, and any questions about specs.

2

Materials & Fit-Up

Once the job is confirmed, we order materials with full MTCs. Pipe is cut, bevelled, and fit-up inspected before welding starts.

3

Welding & Testing

Welding to approved WPS by certified welders. NDT (RT, UT, MPI, DPI) and hydrostatic testing as required by the spec. Every weld is mapped.

4

Documentation & Delivery

Material certs, weld maps, NDT reports, pressure test records, and a complete handover package delivered with the spools.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our pipe fabrication is certified to AS3992 (Pressure Equipment — Welding and Brazing Qualification), ASME IX, and AS1554.5 (Pipeline Welding). We maintain current welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welder qualification records (WQR) for all certified processes. Full documentation is supplied with every job.

We fabricate pipe spools in carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316), duplex stainless, chrome-moly alloy steels, and aluminium. Material selection depends on service pressure, temperature, fluid type, and corrosion requirements. We can advise on the most cost-effective specification for your application.

Yes. We coordinate non-destructive testing including radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and dye penetrant inspection (DPI) through our approved NDT partners. Hydrostatic pressure testing can be arranged to ASME or AS3992 requirements. All test reports are supplied as part of the documentation package.

Yes — mining and process plant pipe spools are a core part of our work. We fabricate slurry lines, process piping, hydraulic lines, and instrumentation tubing assemblies for sites across Western Australia. We work to customer-supplied isometrics or can develop drawings from site measurements.

Our workshop is based in Forrestdale, Perth, Western Australia. We serve clients across the Perth metro area and regional WA including the Pilbara and Goldfields. On-site pipe welding and field installation services are also available.
