Welding Procedures
We are happy to come and meeting with you to discuss your project requirements and come up with a plan to suit your needs, then we would move on to developing and testing the welding procedure. Developing and Testing welding procedures take from 1-2 weeks depending on the extent of destructive testing required.
Welder Qualifications
The main reason behind welder qualification testing is to prove that the welder can weld to your companies welding procedure in the position specified. The welder qualification testing ensures that the welder can read & follow the welding procedure specification and most importantly place the arc in the correct position to obtain fusion.
Welding Inspection
Welding Inspection is used to test or assure the quality of welds, and secondarily to confirm the presence, location and coverage of welds. Because these welded connections may encounter loads and fatigue during product lifetime, there is a chance they may fail if not created to the proper quality or specification.
Welding Documentation
With many years experience in compiling and reviewing MDR's for both Oil & Gas and Mining, we can help to either compile, review or audit your MDR and other quality and welding documentation.
